We wanted to create a unique dining concept by combining our extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine with our passion for service to provide a unique experience for our customers -- all while leveraging simplistic qualities of nature, preparing and presenting each meal in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, brothers Kevin and Billy Mak worked their way up in the restaurant industry. In the early 90's, the Mak brothers immigrated to America to pursue their culinary dream.
Their passion of providing the freshest ingredients blended with their diverse culinary experience has established a solid foundation in Fort Myers, Florida.
